# ALK vs heylink Audio

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ALK at 100% against heylink Audio's 2%. ALK also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.5). heylink Audio's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 3.2) and update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. heylink Audio sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. ALK asks for nothing beyond the download.

heylink Audio holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: heylink Audio has 630 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of ALK's written reviews are positive against 2% of heylink Audio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ALK ships an update every 6 weeks, heylink Audio weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
