# Chords vs NoteSprint

The clearest difference is ads: NoteSprint at none against Chords's shown. NoteSprint also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Chords's advantage is ratings volume (58 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NoteSprint holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chords has 58 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
