# RemNote vs WordHaven

The clearest difference is update cadence: RemNote at every 3 days against WordHaven's every 11 months. RemNote also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 3). WordHaven's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.5). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RemNote sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and WordHaven sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WordHaven holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RemNote has 1.7K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RemNote ships an update every 3 days, WordHaven every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
