# RemNote vs Qsets

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Qsets at none against RemNote's 8. Qsets also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 73%). RemNote's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (1.6K vs 5). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RemNote sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Qsets asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for RemNote against 4.8 for Qsets. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RemNote has 1.6K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of RemNote's written reviews are positive against 100% of Qsets's.

RemNote ships an update every 3 days, Qsets every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
