# RemNote vs Lyreka

RemNote and Lyreka both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Lyreka's written reviews are positive against 73% of RemNote's. RemNote's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 8) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RemNote sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Lyreka sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for RemNote against 4.9 for Lyreka. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RemNote has 1.7K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of RemNote's written reviews are positive against 100% of Lyreka's.

RemNote ships an update every 3 days, Lyreka every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
