# RemNote vs Adapt

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Adapt at 100% against RemNote's 74%. Adapt also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). RemNote's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 29) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 8 days). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RemNote sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Adapt sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Adapt holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RemNote has 1.7K ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 74% of RemNote's written reviews are positive against 100% of Adapt's.

RemNote ships an update every 3 days, Adapt every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
