# RemNote vs StudyBeats

The clearest difference is ratings volume: RemNote at 1.6K against StudyBeats's 5. RemNote also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 9 days). StudyBeats's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RemNote sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and StudyBeats sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StudyBeats holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RemNote has 1.6K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RemNote ships an update every 3 days, StudyBeats every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
