# RemNote vs StudyDeck

The clearest difference is review sentiment: StudyDeck at 100% against RemNote's 73%. RemNote's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.5 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RemNote sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and StudyDeck sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RemNote ships an update every 3 days, StudyDeck every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 16, 2026 respectively.
