# Crochet Patterns－Row Counter vs G2 Performance

The clearest difference is review sentiment: G2 Performance at 100% against Crochet Patterns－Row Counter's 53%. G2 Performance also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 19) and ads (none vs shown). Crochet Patterns－Row Counter's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 7). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Crochet Patterns－Row Counter sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. G2 Performance asks for nothing beyond the download.

Crochet Patterns－Row Counter holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Crochet Patterns－Row Counter has 1.2K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of Crochet Patterns－Row Counter's written reviews are positive against 100% of G2 Performance's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Crochet Patterns－Row Counter ships an update every 2 weeks, G2 Performance every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
