# Crochet Patterns－Row Counter vs HookSnap

The clearest difference is ads: HookSnap at none against Crochet Patterns－Row Counter's shown. HookSnap also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Crochet Patterns－Row Counter's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Crochet Patterns－Row Counter sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and HookSnap sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
