# SUNUO vs Xlife

The clearest difference is rating: Xlife at 2.6 against SUNUO's 2.3. Xlife also leads on ratings volume (116 vs 21) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). SUNUO's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 21%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Xlife holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Xlife has 116 ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of SUNUO's written reviews are positive against 21% of Xlife's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SUNUO ships an update every 2 months, Xlife every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
