# Noteday vs Love Widgets

The clearest difference is ads: Noteday at none against Love Widgets's shown. Love Widgets's advantage is ratings volume (53 vs 8) and review sentiment (8% vs 0%). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noteday sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Love Widgets sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Noteday holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Love Widgets has 53 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Noteday's written reviews are positive against 8% of Love Widgets's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Noteday ships an update fortnightly, Love Widgets every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
