# Wix vs Restoke

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Restoke at 56% against Wix's 19%. Restoke also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Wix's advantage is ratings volume (17K vs 4) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Restoke holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wix has 17K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 19% of Wix's written reviews are positive against 56% of Restoke's.

Wix ships an update every 9 days, Restoke every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
