# Wix vs Hexa

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Hexa at 100% against Wix's 19%. Hexa also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Wix's advantage is price (Free vs $0.99) and ratings volume (17K vs 3). On update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Wix is free to download; Hexa costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hexa holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wix has 17K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Wix ships an update every 9 days, Hexa every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
