# 담소 vs 루머

The clearest difference is rating: 루머 at 5.0 against 담소's 4.6. 담소's advantage is ratings volume (2.9K vs 1) and review sentiment (83% vs 70%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 담소 sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and 루머 sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $6.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

루머 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 담소 has 2.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of 담소's written reviews are positive against 70% of 루머's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

담소 ships an update weekly, 루머 every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
