# D vs Sure VPN

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sure VPN at 100% against D's 44%. Sure VPN also leads on rating (4.1 vs 2.8) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). D's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 15.0). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. D sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days and Sure VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
