# XMcosy+ vs Habit Control

The clearest difference is rating: XMcosy+ at 4.6 against Habit Control's 3.4. XMcosy+ also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 12) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.2). Habit Control's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 5 months) and review sentiment (25% vs 17%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

XMcosy+ holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XMcosy+ has 1.1K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of XMcosy+'s written reviews are positive against 25% of Habit Control's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

XMcosy+ ships an update every 5 months, Habit Control every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
