# PureLibro vs 阅读记录

The clearest difference is update cadence: PureLibro at every 10 days against 阅读记录's every 6 weeks. PureLibro also leads on ratings volume (366 vs 11). 阅读记录's advantage is review sentiment (96% vs 77%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PureLibro sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and 阅读记录 sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for PureLibro against 4.5 for 阅读记录. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PureLibro has 366 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 77% of PureLibro's written reviews are positive against 96% of 阅读记录's.

PureLibro ships an update every 10 days, 阅读记录 every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
