# ImWow vs Nourish With Sim

The clearest difference is rating: Nourish With Sim at 4.1 against ImWow's 3.8. Nourish With Sim also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.5). ImWow's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ImWow sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Nourish With Sim sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Nourish With Sim holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 17 and 16 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of ImWow's written reviews are positive against 70% of Nourish With Sim's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ImWow ships an update fortnightly, Nourish With Sim every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
