# EdProgress vs upnext

The clearest difference is update cadence: upnext at every 2 days against EdProgress's weekly. EdProgress's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EdProgress sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and upnext sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EdProgress ships an update weekly, upnext every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
