# My wines cellar vs DiveScan

The clearest difference is update cadence: DiveScan at daily against My wines cellar's fortnightly. My wines cellar's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My wines cellar sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and DiveScan sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My wines cellar ships an update fortnightly, DiveScan daily. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
