# Sunflower vs Flows!

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sunflower at every 5 days against Flows!'s every 3 months. Sunflower also leads on ratings volume (6.5K vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.6). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sunflower sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $2.95 per 7 days and Flows! sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $19.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flows! holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sunflower has 6.5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sunflower ships an update every 5 days, Flows! every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
