# iPrep vs Bennett Test Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: iPrep at 100% against Bennett Test Pro's 56%. Bennett Test Pro's advantage is rating (3.1 vs 1.8) and ratings volume (26 vs 8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iPrep sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Bennett Test Pro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bennett Test Pro holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 1.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 8 and 26 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of iPrep's written reviews are positive against 56% of Bennett Test Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iPrep ships an update every 3 weeks, Bennett Test Pro monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
