# i vs FixMate

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: i at none against FixMate's 3. i also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and device support (3 vs 1). FixMate's advantage is ratings volume (29 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FixMate sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. i asks for nothing beyond the download.

i holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FixMate has 29 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

i ships an update every 2 months, FixMate every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
