# Solstice vs Vento

The clearest difference is update cadence: Vento at fortnightly against Solstice's every 2 months. Vento also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.5). Solstice's advantage is device support (5 vs 3). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Solstice sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Vento sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Solstice ships an update every 2 months, Vento fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
