# Superlist vs Bento

The clearest difference is rating: Superlist at 4.5 against Bento's 4.1. On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Superlist sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $6.00 per month and Bento sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Superlist holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 460 and 337 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Superlist's written reviews are positive against 54% of Bento's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Superlist ships an update every 9 days, Bento weekly. Both last shipped on October 21, 2026.
