Focus On is a habit tracker and focus timer made for ADHD brains. If any of these sound familiar, it was built for you: "One missed day and I give up." Streak freezes step in automatically, so one off day doesn't break your streak: 1 per habit each month, 3 with Premium. "I never know where to start." Pick ready-made habits like Take meds, Drink water or Deep work block, and tick them off from one Today screen. "I forget until it's too late." A calm morning reminder tells you how many habits are on today and which one to start with. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets keep them in sight. "I can't get going." Pomodoro sprints turn big tasks into short blocks. Run several timers at once and follow them on your Lock Screen with Live Activities. "My phone keeps pulling me away." Deep Focus blocks the apps you pick until your session ends. One session a day is free. It needs Screen Time permission, and you can end a session early. "Nothing ever feels like progress." Celebrations at 7, 30, 100 and 365 days, plus a year view that fills in every day you show up. Premium Unlimited Deep Focus sessions, scheduled and Pomodoro blocking, 3 streak freezes per habit each month, unlimited habits and timers, iCloud sync, all themes and no ads. Focus On is an independent app and is not affiliated with Focusmate Inc. ============================== Subscriptions Focus On is free to download.
