# Handy Connect vs DG

The clearest difference is rating: Handy Connect at 2.8 against DG's 1.8. Handy Connect also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (12.3 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Handy Connect holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 1.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 26 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Handy Connect's written reviews are positive against 8% of DG's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Handy Connect ships an update every 10 days, DG monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
