# سجاج vs قلم

The clearest difference is rating: سجاج at 4.5 against قلم's 3.4. سجاج also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 5) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). قلم's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

سجاج holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: سجاج has 1.2K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

سجاج ships an update every 3 weeks, قلم every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
