# Device Tracker vs Air Finder & Device Tracker

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Device Tracker at 79% against Air Finder & Device Tracker's 21%. Air Finder & Device Tracker's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and rating (4.6 vs 4.4). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Device Tracker sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Air Finder & Device Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Air Finder & Device Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 651 and 969 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Device Tracker's written reviews are positive against 21% of Air Finder & Device Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
