# SmartSuite App vs Routine

The clearest difference is rating: Routine at 5.0 against SmartSuite App's 3.9. SmartSuite App's advantage is ratings volume (69 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Routine holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SmartSuite App has 69 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of SmartSuite App's written reviews are positive against 37% of Routine's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
