# INVT IOT vs SEMS+

The clearest difference is update cadence: SEMS+ at every 8 days against INVT IOT's every 5 weeks. INVT IOT's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

INVT IOT ships an update every 5 weeks, SEMS+ every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
