# PDF Reader Pro for Document vs All PDF Reader

The clearest difference is rating: PDF Reader Pro for Document at 4.7 against All PDF Reader's 4.5. PDF Reader Pro for Document also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (367 vs 68). All PDF Reader's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 86%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PDF Reader Pro for Document sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and All PDF Reader sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PDF Reader Pro for Document holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PDF Reader Pro for Document has 367 ratings behind it against 68, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of PDF Reader Pro for Document's written reviews are positive against 100% of All PDF Reader's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PDF Reader Pro for Document ships an update every 3 weeks, All PDF Reader every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
