# Gravity vs ICool Wallpapers

The clearest difference is rating: Gravity at 4.5 against ICool Wallpapers's 2.7. Gravity also leads on ratings volume (35K vs 182). ICool Wallpapers's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gravity sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and ICool Wallpapers sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gravity holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gravity has 35K ratings behind it against 182, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 25% of Gravity's written reviews are positive against 22% of ICool Wallpapers's.

Gravity ships an update fortnightly, ICool Wallpapers weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
