# Quext Resident vs MeadoWatch

The clearest difference is rating: Quext Resident at 3.8 against MeadoWatch's 2.5. Quext Resident also leads on ratings volume (35 vs 2). MeadoWatch's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 27%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Quext Resident holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quext Resident has 35 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Quext Resident's written reviews are positive against 67% of MeadoWatch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
