# SicTransit vs BruceTron

The clearest difference is update cadence: SicTransit at fortnightly against BruceTron's every 15 months. SicTransit also leads on iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SicTransit sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and BruceTron sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SicTransit ships an update fortnightly, BruceTron every 15 months. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
