# Mendi App vs Bida Foundation

The clearest difference is rating: Mendi App at 4.4 against Bida Foundation's 3.9. Mendi App also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ratings volume (460 vs 14). Bida Foundation's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 76%) and iOS requirement (14.0.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bida Foundation sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Mendi App asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mendi App holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mendi App has 460 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of Mendi App's written reviews are positive against 100% of Bida Foundation's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Mendi App ships an update every 10 days, Bida Foundation every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
