# Gymlify vs Velapp

The clearest difference is update cadence: Velapp at every 4 days against Gymlify's every 3 weeks. Gymlify's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gymlify sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Velapp sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gymlify ships an update every 3 weeks, Velapp every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
