# Pickitt vs Oli’s

The clearest difference is ads: Pickitt at none against Oli’s's shown. Pickitt also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Oli’s's advantage is ratings volume (48 vs 3). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Pickitt against 4.9 for Oli’s. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Oli’s has 48 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Pickitt ships an update every 3 weeks, Oli’s every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
