# Dub Grub vs Molly Tea

The clearest difference is rating: Molly Tea at 5.0 against Dub Grub's 3.2. Molly Tea also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 months). Dub Grub's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 30%) and ratings volume (32 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Molly Tea holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dub Grub has 32 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Dub Grub's written reviews are positive against 30% of Molly Tea's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dub Grub ships an update every 5 months, Molly Tea every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
