# FastGuard vs Executive Protection Plus

The clearest difference is update cadence: Executive Protection Plus at every 9 days against FastGuard's every 11 months. Executive Protection Plus also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FastGuard ships an update every 11 months, Executive Protection Plus every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
