# Super Salads vs Monócolo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Monócolo at every 2 days against Super Salads's every 3 months. Super Salads's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Super Salads ships an update every 3 months, Monócolo every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
