# InVid Protect vs Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pro at 30% against InVid Protect's 0%. Pro also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (15 vs 5). Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

InVid Protect holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 15 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of InVid Protect's written reviews are positive against 30% of Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
