# Lybstes vs Cutting Fonts

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lybstes at 100% against Cutting Fonts's 73%. Lybstes also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Cutting Fonts's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lybstes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Cutting Fonts sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lybstes ships an update every 2 months, Cutting Fonts every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
