# Cacti Wellness vs Forma Pilates

The clearest difference is monetization model: Cacti Wellness at free with in-app purchases against Forma Pilates's subscription. Cacti Wellness also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.6) and review sentiment (100% vs 86%). Forma Pilates's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (181 vs 20). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cacti Wellness sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Forma Pilates sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $50.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cacti Wellness holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Forma Pilates has 181 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Cacti Wellness's written reviews are positive against 86% of Forma Pilates's.

Cacti Wellness ships an update every 3 months, Forma Pilates every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
