# Runway Wind vs Hangar

The clearest difference is price: Hangar at Free against Runway Wind's $0.99. Hangar also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 1). Runway Wind's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). On rating, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Hangar is free to download; Runway Wind costs $0.99 up front. Hangar sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Runway Wind asks for nothing beyond the download.
