# Open Granular vs Folder Time

The clearest difference is rating: Folder Time at 5.0 against Open Granular's 4.5. Open Granular's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly) and ratings volume (13 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
