# TriPass vs E

The clearest difference is rating: TriPass at 5.0 against E's 1.0. E's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (20% vs 0%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TriPass holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of TriPass's written reviews are positive against 20% of E's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TriPass ships an update every 3 weeks, E daily. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
