# TrickleStar App vs dewenwils

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TrickleStar App at 100% against dewenwils's 32%. TrickleStar App also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 10 months) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.0). dewenwils's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 2.0) and ratings volume (225 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

dewenwils holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: dewenwils has 225 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of TrickleStar App's written reviews are positive against 32% of dewenwils's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
