# Witch & Magic vs Blissful Blocks

The clearest difference is update cadence: Witch & Magic at every 4 weeks against Blissful Blocks's every 3 months. Witch & Magic also leads on ratings volume (50 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Blissful Blocks's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Witch & Magic sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Blissful Blocks sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Blissful Blocks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Witch & Magic has 50 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Witch & Magic ships an update every 4 weeks, Blissful Blocks every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
